Company. Arizona Cap Company is a custom screenprinting and
embroidery company in Prescott, Arizona. If you have a need for
custom printed or embroidered shirts and caps for your business, event, or
group please visit us

and gifts for our clients.
The first Warbird Shirt, our still bestselling F4U Corsair was introduced
in the year 2000. New designs have been added each year and we welcome
your suggestions for new aircraft to add to the collection. In 2004 all of
our designs were given a facelift with new artwork and an updated
specifications layout. In 2007 our t-shirt and sweatshirt production
switched to an all digital direct to garment printing process to give you
the highest quality imprint with the softest hand. Embroidered polos,
denims and caps are being added in the Fall of 2007.
The Warbird Shirt collection was brainchild of Stacy Stine, owner of
Arizona Cap Company. With an educational background in military history
and a love of World War II aviation Stacy saw the opportunity for a great
line of warbird t-shirts for veterans, aviation buffs, and hobbyists.
Although other warbird shirts existed and some had beautiful artwork,
there were no shirt that featured the technical details and profile
drawings that appeal to the aviation community. 7 Years later there are
lots of knock-offs but Arizona Cap's Warbird Shirts are still the gold
standard for aviation T's.

Digital Garment Printers like the one shown in this
photo are used to produce our t-shirts and sweatshirts. The DTG print
uses cutting edge technology to apply the image directly to the shirt
without the use of traditional screenprinting screens and films. This
method allows for a greater use of color and more detail than is
availble with traditional screenprinting.
|

Transfer hat presses like this one are used to apply
warbird logos to printed caps. The hat transfer process allows for a
much higher resolution image than printing directly onto the cap.

Embroidered item are produced on Tajima computerized
embroidery machines. Custom embroidery for your own businesses and
groups is also available.
